Cici was in an adopted home, but thanks to the insurance company, the homeowner is having to give her up.  This wonderful girl deserves so much more than this.  If you are looking for a dog that will be your best friend for life, this is her.  We've left her story in tact below so you can see what she's been through.  

Cici was rescued from a high-kill shelter. She was covered in ticks, emaciated, anemic and suffering from a severe vaginal prolapse. As if this werenÂ’t bad enough, she was found to be very pregnant. She gave birth to 6 puppies but only two survived to 3 weeks. Cici has been through 3 surgeries and required some intensive TLC. She is quite the character now that she has gained some weight and is healthy. Being the mother that she is, she has quite a talent for moderating disagreements between other dogs in the play yard. She will put unruly younger dogs in their place without injuring anyone. Cici is a GREAT dog, gentle, smart, well behaved and deserves the best home a loving family can give her.
