Cosmo has the most beautiful blue eyes set in a white and light fawn fur background.  He's the laid back one of Tinkerbell's nine puppies.  He loves to be held and talked to.  Cosmo runs and plays with his 8 siblings but tires of that pretty quick and comes up to be petted and held.
